  • General Information
    • The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Latestcoinsnews B.V., superseding any other agreements between you and Latestcoinsnews B.V. The TOS and the relationship between you and Latestcoinsnews B.V. shall be governed by and construed, performed, and enforced by US law. In case of dispute, the courts of New York, The USA, shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In case of any conflict between Parties concerning the rights and obligations from this TOS, the parties prefer (but are not obliged) to use mediation by an independent professional third party.
    • The failure of Latestcoinsnews B.V. to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Suppose any provision of the TOS is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid. In that case, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the party’s intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TOS remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising from or related to the use of the Service or the TOS must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
  • Company listing billing
    • As a Latestcoinsnews B.V. customer, you expressly agree that we are authorized to charge you a monthly fee at the purchase rate for the credit card you provided during sign-up or such other replacement credit card as you notified us to use. The monthly payment will be charged when you sign up for your subscription. Your Latestcoinsnews B.V. company listing will continue month-to-month or year-to-year unless and until you cancel your subscription or your account is terminated by us. You must cancel your subscription three days before it renews each month to avoid billing the next month’s charge to your credit card. Subscription fees are fully earned upon payment, and there are no refunds or credits for partial months or partial years. By local law, Latestcoinsnews B.V. may update information regarding your selected payment method if your financial institution provides such information. You may cancel your Latestcoinsnews B.V. company listing subscription by sending an e-mail to billing@latestcoinsnews.com.   • Company listing criteria
    • I understand there is no guarantee that my Latestcoinsnews B.V. company listing will be added to the directory.
    • I understand that Latestcoinsnews B.V. editors, in their sole judgment, shall determine the suitability and titles for all company listings.
    • I will be charged the monthly recurring fee if my paid company listing is accepted.
    • The company listing must not contain any content, products, services or other information that may be illegal to sell under any applicable law, that may infringe or violate anyone’s rights, or that latestcoinsnews B.V. believes, in its sole discretion, is offensive.
